1. Hot tubs are delivered from our factory through a logistics company with which we have been cooperating for a long time.

2. Shipping costs depend on your location, so we need to discuss and understand the quantity of the order to be able to inform you of the price in coordination with the logistics company. Of course, it is also possible to call transport to our production site by yourself. Transport may arrive on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Transport can be requested for loading by coordinating it with us and informing us about the driver who will come after the load.

3. The order processing time is from 1 till 2 business days. Within these days, we send confirmation and start production. We always inform the customer about any delays before production.

4. Logistic companies accept payments in cash.

5. Logistic companies process orders only on business days, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. When changing the time, the driver contacts the customer individually.

6. Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Transport service to the customer is the sale of a separate service for which there is no right to withdraw from the contract after its completion.

7. Shipments are packed on a pallet and secured with tightening straps, as well as each tub is created special security frame so that the hot tub is transported safely.

8. In the event of damage to the product, please immediately write down a damage report with the courier, noting that it is damage, including the outer packaging. If the parcel is received unchecked and with visible transport defects, the seller is not responsible for them.

9. Products are delivered throughout the EU. The amount of transport is determined each time by calculating the distance from the production site located at Garoza, Sila street 6, Latvia, LV-3045 to the address specified by the customer, using the capabilities of our logistics cooperation partners.
10. Delivery is a paid service if we use the transport of logistics partners, while if the transport is requested by the customer, no additional fee is charged.
