1. Definitions
Ecotubs.eu / SIA Eco tubs is a company registered at: Jelgava, Romas iela 51, Latvia, LV-3001, Reg.Nr.40203442820

‘The client’ is the person or company buying products from Ecotubs.eu

‘goods’ refers to all products purchased by the client from Ecotubs.eu

2. Acceptance
This agreement applies to the advertisement, sale and service of all products offered by Ecotubs.eu & SIA Eco tubs.

The customer automatically accepts our terms and conditions when purchasing our products and agrees to comply with the basic requirements set out in the user manual

3. Products & Pricing
All offers, price lists, delivery descriptions and promotional materials are indicative only until confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.

Prices on our website are indicated in euros and do not include delivery costs. The delivery cost can be calculated at the checkout or at an Ecotubs.eu representative
when placing an order by phone or via e-mail or a B2B platform.

The product shown in the pictures corresponds to the truth. All details and quality remain the same unless the customer wants something different.

4. Payment terms
We accept cash, bank transfers.

Full payment of orders is required from The client before goods can be despatched to a delivery address.

The client is not entitled to withhold monies or exercise any lien from payments due.

5. Delivery
Ecotubs.eu supplies and delivers to all of mainland EU territories using 3rd party delivery providers. Delivery prices may vary depending on your location.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not deliver to your area and you do not have the opportunity to pick up the product yourself.

Hot tubs are usually delivered on a large van or flatbed trailer and the customer must ensure that they have suitable access to the unloading area.

Drivers will be helpful and will try to meet reasonable delivery requirements, but please assume that delivery is by customer labor only to unload the hot tub. Movement of goods from unloading is at your risk and responsibility.

Where our driver is requested to or there is an implication that delivery should be made onto your property or any private property this may be done at the drivers discretion but is entirely at The client risk and responsibility.

Any damage incurred for deliveries outside the scope of kerbside only, owing to the weight of delivery vehicle / driver negligence or any other damage (including to the actual product) is entirely at your risk and you agree to be responsible for any costs in making good. Damage to lawns, flower beds, driveways adjacent to a narrow or difficult access route will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a tub is delivered by an articulated lorry it is assumed that you have lifting facilities at your end.

If access is difficult, the customer must inform us of all kinds of difficulties. We will assist the customer to deliver the Goods even to the most difficult access locations, but please note that this type of operation may incur additional costs and is considered a special conditions delivery.

Any additional cost incurred to re-deliver any product because of access issues will be reimbursed to Ecotubs.eu by the client.

The delivery period stated is approximate and is usually between 1 and 2 weeks from the order (excluding over the Christmas and New Years period). We are not responsible for delivery delays.

The goods remain at risk of Ecotubs.eu until the point of delivery.

6. Acceptance
When the goods are delivered, please check them and report any missing or damaged goods to the driver.
If you do not provide a damage or missing report, then you will be responsible. We will not be able to accept responsibility for loss or damage after delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal
The client has no right to refuse the order, but it is possible to return the product only if the product is an industrial defect and it is not possible to repair it in any way.

You have the right to return the product if the product does not match the order and the parts are noticeably different and affect the quality of the tub.
In this case, we have to bear the shipping cost to exchange for the wrong item. If it is not possible to exchange, we return the money only when the product has been received.

8. Warranty
Products that are sold to the customer Ecotubs.eu gives a 2-year manufacturer's warranty

Please keep all purchase documents and contact Ecotubs.eu within 2 years of purchase if you need to make a claim. All claims must be submitted by e-mail to linards@ecotubs.eu with a detailed explanation of the defect, order number, photos and video. This will help us get a clear understanding of the defected product.

In case of defects or claims, stop using the product until a solution is found. We try to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

All claims will be considered and the client will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving the claim.

Ecotubs.eu is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation or use of the products.

Refunds cannot be made if the client cannot present proof of purchase.

9. Electricity connection and final setting of the Goods
Ecotubs.eu does not provide final installation of hot tubs. Any electrical setup must be carried out and checked by a qualified/competent electrician prior to the hot tub.

If you are not a fully qualified electrician, do not attempt to install hot tub electrical equipment yourself.

10. Liability
No liability will be accepted for:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that you may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Theft from your premises – unless caused by our negligence
Poor water management which can cause infections.

11. Unforeseen circumstances
Ecotubs.eu accepts no responsibility for delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond their control, including (but not limited to) strikes, terrorism, war, weather, currency fluctuations, government or regulatory changes and natural disasters.

12. Jurisdiction
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with EU law and the EU courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes should they arise.
